We are celebrating one whole year since we started the podcast! For this very exciting occasion we decided to dive into a case we’ve been wanting to cover for a while: Chicago’s devil, H.H. Holmes.
In part one we cover Holmes’s early life, his endless schemes, how he ended up in Chicago, the construction of his infamous “murder castle”, and his first confirmed murders.
In part two we take a closer look at what happened next. We discuss how the infamous “Murder Castle” may not have been as sinister as it was made out to be. We pick apart how the press at the time kept upping Holmes’ body count. And of course we tell you all about the crimes that Holmes committed and how he was eventually caught.
